We offer Free Shipping on all SviCloud TV Box orders delivered anywhere within the United Kingdom.
 

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Processing Time: All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Order Confirmation: You will receive an email notification containing your tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
   

Delivery Estimates & Couriers

• Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.

• Shipping Couriers: Parcels are shipped using tracked local UK Postage services and local partners (such as Royal Mail or DHL etc) for UK delivery.
   

Customs, Taxes, and Import Duties

• UK VAT & Duties: No UK VAT & Duties required as the items will be shipping within UK. 
   

Tracking & Delivery Requirements

• Real-Time Tracking: Every order includes full tracking. You can monitor your package from dispatch to final doorstep delivery using the link in your shipment confirmation email.

• Physical Address Required: Due to the value of SviCloud hardware, a physical street address and contact phone number are required at checkout.

• Delivery Security: A signature may be required upon delivery to ensure your package arrives safely.
   

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your parcel arrives damaged or shows no tracking updates for more than 5 business days, please contact customer support immediately with your order number. We will coordinate directly with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.
